My wife, Sunny, and I are both Christians.
Now, the purpose of this web site is not to preach the Bible to you, it's purpose is to give you the opportunity to get the best training and nutrition help possible. It's a business venture, designed to increase our financial income...an off-shoot, if you will, of our gym, The Dungeon, and our personal training business.
But as any good Christian can tell you, the foundation of everything we do in our lives, the basis of every decision we make, the driving force behind everything we do, is our relationship with the Lord.
We want you to rest assured that due to our beliefs, when you transact with us at The Dungeon, we will be 100% honest in all of our dealings with you. When it says that Poppa, (that's me...I da man!), will personally be your trainer, that is exactly what it means. I don't just "oversee" someone else doing it: I DO it!
It also means that I'm not going to tell you what I think you wanna hear, I'm going to lay the facts right on your table! There is so much erroneous information on diet and exercise, so many "gimiky" exercise gagets, to say nothing of the "snake oil" supplements and worthless weight-loss pills out there, and some folks will grease your palms and tell you anything to separate you from your hard-earned money.
That's not the case with us at The Dungeon. Oh sure, we'll charge you for our services...hey, it's a job! Everybody has to make a living...but our rates are fair for the services we provide. And Sunny and I believe we must give you a good value. In the long run, that's just a smart business decision.
